oil pastel transfer

I'd love to give your Eileen Corse pool project a try.  I'm trying to work out the steps...Image transfer first and add the color.  Then the blue background, and finally the white around the I did image transfer first. Then add blues around the swimmer. Next paint swimmer and finally add white around swimmer. I think either way would work though truly!!! ound, and finally the white around the swimmer?
